James has over 18 years’ experience in the facilities sector having worked in all major aspects of the industry including Shopping Centres, Retail, Commercial Office Towers, Industrial Manufacturing Facilities, and Mining Camp environments.
James boasts an impressive career as an accomplished leader holding Senior Management & Board positions across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and PNG. His diverse experience has assisted major companies in scaling up their organisations and developing national and international footprints.
With a solid background in both operations and broader business development, James is known for his transformation leadership within companies focusing on building lasting client partnerships and developing strong organisational teams that excel. Ensuring best approach for his customers and team is at the heart of James’ decision making.
Prior to joining AFS James served as a director of the Building Services Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA), the peak industry body for the cleaning and security services industries.
